I can hardly hear that slight whisper,
waiting, wishing, wandering around,
begging me to stay.
I am pushing in
staying here to shed my skin.
I am calling in
fading where the ending begins.
You shouldn’t stand there
steering me,
this isn’t what I had in mind,
slipping back to the little
piece of my time.
The greater taste
is exactly how you described
yourself to me.
